LOCKATED may also collect PII that you post in your Progovernedfile, Service Requests, or feedback, and any comments or discussions you post on any social networking sites or any comments you disclose during dispute with other Users of the Website or mobile application to improve User experience and functionality.

LOCKATED collects PII from Service Experts offering their products and Services. This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using LOCKATED's Website or mobile application, either directly or by submitting a Service Request. Service Experts are required to create an Account to post any information about them and when they create an Account with LOCKATED, will be required to disclose information as mentioned in clause 1 or any other information to cater the User(s) needs/Service Requests. The type of PII that LOCKATED collects from Service Experts varies based on a particular interaction with the Website or mobile application including your payment information.

If LOCKATED deem it necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about Service Experts' credit from a credit bureau (to the extent permitted by law), or information to verify any identification details provided during registration.

LOCKATED may use your PII and the Sensitive Data collected for any of the following reasons: To provide Services to you, to authenticate your usage of the Services and Website; To provide clarity on your Service Request; To process billing and payment, including sharing with third party payment gateways in connection with Website; Internal record keeping; To improve LOCKATED's Services; To send periodically send promotional emails, special offers or other information pertaining to the Services. To customize the Website according to your interests; LOCKATED may use your demographic information for the promotion of Services to target audiences and for other research and analytical purposes; To enforce the Terms of Use, dispute resolution and to protect the Users/Service Experts. If LOCKATED wishes to use any of your personal data for a new purpose, it will seek such User's/Service Expert's permission before doing so. LOCKATED may share User information including Sensitive Data with Service Experts to be able to understand and service the request of the User or provide customer support. Information may include but not be limited to User's Service Request / requirements and contact details. LOCKATED may disclose your information including PII (i) to comply with a legal process (such as a court order, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirement of any governmental authority, (ii) to investigate/prevent unauthorized or illegal activities. LOCKATED may contract with various third parties for the provision and maintenance of the Website, Services and LOCKATED's business operations and LOCKATED may disclose your PII. For example, LOCKATED may provide your information to a credit card processing company to process your payment.

The information posted by Service Experts is available to other Users and visitors of LOCKATED's Website and Services. LOCKATED hereby reserves the right to transfer the information collected from the Users and Service Experts on the account of any change in control, including, without limitation, a merger or sale of all or substantially all of LOCKATED's assets or is acquired by a third party entity to such third party.

LOCKATED has rigorous security measures in place to protect your Information including Sensitive Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction by the Service Experts or any third party. All employees and data processors of LOCKATED, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of PII and Sensitive Data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your PII and Sensitive Data. LOCKATED undertakes that it shall not provide, distribute, trade, sell or rent your Information including Sensitive Data provided to any third party, except as provided in this Policy herein. Notwithstanding the above, LOCKATED in no way guarantees that such information including Sensitive Data will not be accessed disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of firewalls and secured server software. LOCKATED hereby disclaims any liability related to a security breach or loss of your information to the greatest extent permissible by law. You may request details of PII which LOCKATED holds about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. LOCKATED's Website may contain links to other websites of interest. Therefore, LOCKATED cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Policy.

If you post your own content on the Website including your comments, feedback, pictures or any other information, your Posting may become public and LOCKATED cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Policy, the law, or your personal privacy. Once you publicly post a Service Request, offer, feedback, any PII, any Sensitive Data or any other information onto the Website, you may not be able to change or remove it.

LOCKATED participates in third party ad networks that may display advertisements on other websites based on your visits to LOCKATED's Website displaying ads for Services in which you might be interested. Third party ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons and other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you.

LOCKATED will retain your PII and Sensitive Data for the period you are registered as a Registered User and as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. LOCKATED shall not be responsible for the authenticity of anythe information provided by you. If your information changes or you wish to deactivate your account, you may correct, update, amend, delete, remove or deactivate your User account details as well as delete your account at any time. Once LOCKATED has deleted or removed your Account, you agree that LOCKATED shall not be responsible for any PII and Sensitive Data that was not included within your deleted and/or removed Account that remains on the Website.

As a registered User of the Website, you accept this Privacy Policy and LOCKATED's Terms of Use. You expressly consent to LOCKATED's use and disclosure of your information and Sensitive Data in the manner set down in this Privacy Policy.
